Russia’s war in Ukraine has left a tumultuous amount of destruction in its wake, and suffice to say, it will keep increasing until and unless the bureaucracy understands the cost of war. Unfortunately, that will remain a sufficiently expectant dream owing to the sole reason that the brunt of war is faced by the common citizenry and the cost borne by the same.
The citizens of Ukraine paid the price of Putin’s war waged on the precipice of insecurity in the form of ghost towns. These ghost towns which were once bustling cities filled to the brim with people, have now devolved into a pathetic shell of what they once were. The video below only scratches the surface of the amount of destruction human hubris can bring about and the sight is far from pretty.
